Program and Registration Details: Unfortunately, the CAEPS website is not functioning correctly and both corrections to the date and the functionality of the registration page have been compromised and must be rebuilt.

For those of you who have tried to register, thank you! We have been working to fix the signup page, but it remains non-functional.

CAEPS requests those of you who want to register, please send an email entitled: CODEQUEST REGISTRATION to caeyemds@aol.com.

Provide us with your name, address and phone number. Your place will be reserved. We will complete your registration as soon as possible, but your place will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, subject to collecting the registration fee when the registration page goes live again.
